On April 27, a plane that usually serves as Air Force One was flying low over the New York City skyline and generating worldwide interest.
Actually, I did the image in Photoshop. The building and view over NYC is a real photo. I added the three flying objects. The third flying object (if you look carefully) is a flying saucer. Of course, Uncle Sam could have saved $328,835 by asking a graphic designer with Photoshop to provide an image of Air Force One over New York. However, using Government purchasing philosophy, why spend fifty bucks when you can spend several hundred thousand dollars for the same thing. -TP-
